I checked the lotto ticket I bought few days ago and won $10. Maybe there is something to the Chinese myth of number 8 being lucky.
Also I find myself checking my email account for emails from students. Students are not emailing me to complain about their grades. I believe it is due to Web CT being down. They do not know their grade so they are not complaining.
