Blackboard Tutorials and Grades

Before Rio purchased Blackboard. The Blackboard team told us about their new gradebook. They told us that it is all hush hush. I did not believe them, and when we got blackboard, I did not see it. Well tonight I saw it on their site. However, I do not see it on our version of blackboard. 

They said that we would be getting this new gradebook. Will we?
