Poll Your Class Without Clickers

I was bored again and started surfing the Web. I ran across the following site which lets you poll your audience (your students) with their cell phone. The site is called Poll Everywhere. If your poll has one question and only 30 participants, this service is free. I have no idea how text works, so if any of you understand this let me know.
