Technology Prediction

Here is an interview with Mark R. Anderson of Strategic News Services. I heard about him on Peter Day on BBC 4. Mr. Anderson is famous for predicting new technology for the coming year.
His interview on BBC caught my attention when he spoke of computers and education. He made the standard prediction of computing power going up and prices going down, but he also said that the debate in education regarding usefulness of computers and technology is over. His company has been contacted by the administration to estimate the cost of giving one computer to every child. Just imagine all of your student in the future coming to class with a laptop.
