Return of Manufacturing to the U.S.

I have been telling my students that in the long-run the jobs will come back once the costs of production goes down in the U.S. and goes up in the rest of the world. Also I have been telling students that Government has an important role in Economic growth. Here is a funny video that illustrates both points.
