I have used Khan Academy youtube videos in my Economics classes to review Percentages and Fractions. However I discovered that thanks to a grant from Bill Gates they have rolled out a new program free of charge. I have shared the link with the people in charge of Basic Skills at Rio Hondo college and waiting for a reply.
