The Associated Student Body of Rio Hondo College has voted to deny certification as a student club to SHOUT.  The vote was 5 to 4 against with one abstention.

I can't help but wonder if some sort of bullying coercion arm-twisting conversation took place between some of the ASB representatives and college officials.
