Learning from the student

The Rio Hondo College Board will meet tonight. The students both past and present plan to show up in support of Hannah P. Hannah is/was the staff for ASB and during her long years of service to the ASB built a loving bond with the students.   She was on the Executive board of CSEA and an advocate for the rights of the CSEA at Rio Hondo. Her firing (forced resignation) is viewed by the workers at Rio Hondo as the first step in Union busting. The students are not protesting for worker rights but because they have built a connection with Hannah.   I want to thank Hannah and the students for educating me on how "love" can overcome evil in this case a cynical ploy by Administration to silence a Union on campus.  Tonight I will be there recording the meeting and will post it here.
