Google Plus Hangout

This weekend was all about grading and avoiding the process of reading to grade. I read one or two papers and then would go on facebook. I would read a few more and look at my email. During one of these procrastination sessions, I started playing with Google +
I realized that they have improved their Hangout Feature which I have written about before.

Now they allow you to broadcast your Hangout on Youtube. 

I imagine using this feature in my face to face classes. where a student at home or at work can watch the lecture on Youtube.

Students can access the video from within Google Plus or directly from Youtube

The students can access it directly from Youtube. They do not need a G+ account. All they need is the link to the video.
