What I do right and what I do Wrong?

At the end of the semester when I am being bombarded by emails asking for extra credit. I open up the following assignment.
This is a chance for you to tell me how I can improve this course.  I am looking for a minimum of one thing you did not like about this class and some suggestions (advice) on how I can improve the class.
This is extra credit and is not mandatory. All criticism is welcome as long as it is constructive
.
The following are screenshots of their posts. I have redacted their names to protect their identity.  Otherwise it is all there! The Good The Bad and The Ugly (luckily this year not too many of those)!
I noticed a few patterns! They like a pattern. I could have an unconscious bias toward my own pet theory that Students want a certain day of the week to be associated with their class assignments on a regular basis.

I always worried about my email blasts to the class with reminders but it seems that it is popular! Also they truly care about getting a reply to their emails! I had a few complaints about this and searched my emails. I found emails from two students (who complained) in my spam folder.  I need to find a solution to this problem!
One student reminded me that I need to create a Vocabulary assignment. I believe one of the biggest obstacle for online students is their reading skills. They do not realize that every discipline has its own vocabulary, and I have not been emphasizing that point.
Another pattern I noticed them admitting too and I already suspected was they do not watch the video lecture created by me. I did not know why but now I have an idea! The following is a student who did watch the assigned videos and did well. But she hated them because...
A couple of students complained about FAIRNESS! I was surprised by their argument. Usually the fairness argument is used to complain about the difficulty of the class or my inflexibility. I tried something new this term and I got the following:
I forget why I took a screenshot of the following post but here it is:
