Come Together/Right Now/Over [Us]

I have no idea what the Beatles were singing about in their song Come Together, but the title seems appropriate tonight.  The Rio Hondo College community came together after the all day FLEX Day at the local restaurant Doppio Bacio for a light dinner and some wine.

It seemed to me that we lost our identity there, and by that I mean we weren't faculty, we weren't classified staff, and we weren't administrators.  It was Teresa, Adam, Matt, Henry, Rebecca, Fran, Katie, Karen, Jim, Dyrell, Walter, Shari, Angie, Colin, Mary Ann, Yolanda, Manny, Mike,...  The beat list goes on.

We need to do this more often.
